Geri Tessier
At the Kennedy Center this January, Actress Geri Tessier accepted a Presidential Medal of Freedom on behalf of her deceased father, Four time Oscar Winning Actor Gene Tessier, for his work with the Gene and Francis Tessier Cancer Foundation.

Geri Tessier was born in Los Angeles, but her father, actor Gene Tessier was a friend of John Fitzpatrick Sr., the first Lady's father. In fact it's pretty widely known that John Fitpatrick, Gene Tessier, and Eddie Fisher all had at least one mistress in common in Las Vegas. Geri Tessier knows Margaret Fitzpatrick very well, and while younger the two count as "childhood friends." Geri Tessier is a child of Gene's third marriage, to actress Rona Marr.

The Kents saw Geri Tessier socially several times when he was a Senator.

On October 23, 2010, President Kent attended a Democratic Fundraiser in San Francisco, hosted by Jon Bon Jovi and Diane Feinstein. The Fundraiser was a high profile public appearance for the Mid-Term Elections. Geri Tessier attended the fundraiser and was on the guest list. Following the fundraiser the President entertained several high profile guests in his hotel suite. The heir to the Hammel Meat-Packing Fortune, a Westwood One Executive, two Hollywood Studio Executives, and Ms. Tessier.

The Flight
On Jan 17th, the President included Geri Tessier on the guest list for a flight from LAX to Washington. She was already a guest receiving an award on her father's behalf and staying at Blair House, along with a noted Rap Artist who launched a massive anti-gang campaign.

Geri Tessier attended a dinner with the Governor and boarded Air Force One at about 10:30 PST. The flight to Andrews was expected to take about four and a half hours, with touchdown at 5:30am EST.

The President, Geri, and the First Lady were joined by a few staffers in watching a basketball game on ESPN. That ended at about 11:30 PST. The first lady went to bed, and the last staffer left at 11:45 PST.

A staffer came in and found the President and Ms. Tessier watching television at 12:10 PST and found that the First Lady was already in the bedroom, so the President and Ms. Tessier were alone in the Lounge. She made a notation in the medical log after speaking with the President. They were alone from 12:20 until about 2:05, when Ms. Tessier walked back to her seat to prepare for landing.

The President spoke briefly to Ms. Tessier in the aisle, and was joined a few minutes later by the First Lady. They did not speak after landing.
